As a postdoctoral associate, I am interested in fabricating ultra-high quality mechanical resonators to study optomechanical interactions beyond the Standard Quantum Limit. I am also interested in exploring transduction applications of mechanical systems of various platforms. My past research activities include LIGO R&D where I developed an experiment to measure quantum back-action in a free-space optomechanical cavity.
